Grilled Vegetables with Kelp Butter
Simply by combining Kelp Stock powder with butter, you can expand your culinary repertoire. The butter gets the mild flavor of kombu and goes well with sweet winter vegetables.
Ingredients
- Grilled Vegetables with Kelp Butter
- 1 packet Kelp Stock Powder
- 60 g of salted butter
Directions
- In a bowl, knead together butter and Kayanoya Original Kelp Stock Powder (remove from packet).
- Grill or sauté seasonal vegetables and top with a generous amount of Kelp butter.
