Hasselback Zucchini
Here’s how to make delicious Hasselback Zucchini.
Ingredients
2 servings
- 1 green zucchini
- 1 yellow zucchini
- 1 packet of Kayanoya Original Vegetable Stock Powder
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Grated Parmesan cheese to taste
Directions
- Make 0.6 cm slices along each zucchini, being careful not to cut all the way through.
- Evenly sprinkle Kayanoya Original Vegetable Stock Powder over the cut sides of the zucchini and let it sit for about 5 minutes.
- Heat 1 tbsp of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Place the zucchini in the skillet, allowing them to sear lightly.
- Roll the zucchini occasionally to achieve an even golden brown on all sides.
- Add additional olive oil as needed while cooking.
- Finish with a sprinkle of grated Parmesan cheese.
