Niçoise salad

Indulge in the exquisite flavors of a Niçoise salad elevated with the essence of Kayanoya original vegetable stock powder. This culinary masterpiece combines the freshest ingredients with the rich umami taste of the stock powder, creating a symphony of flavors that dance on your palate.
Ingredients

2-3 servings

  • [A] 1/2 packet Vegetable Stock Powder
  • [A] 60 ml olive oil
  • [B] 1/2 packet Vegetable Stock Powder
  • [B] 600 ml water
  • 50 g cauliflower (small florets)
  • 5 snap peas (trimmed)
  • 2 soft-boiled eggs (halved)
  • 1 slice smoked salmon (bite-sized pieces)
  • 2-3 anchovies
  • Olives to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • 50 g broccoli (small florets)
Directions
  1. In a small pan, add ingredients [A] and heat over low flame, stirring until lightly colored. Let it cool.⁠
  2. In a pot, add ingredients [B] and bring to a boil. Cook each vegetable separately until tender, then drain.⁠
  3. Arrange the cooked vegetables, soft-boiled eggs, and smoked salmon on a plate. Sprinkle with salt, scatter the olives and anchovies, and drizzle with the prepared oil from step 1.⁠
