Soy milk dressing
This light and fluffy soy milk dressing made with Kayanoya Original Kombu Stock Powder and soy milk pairs perfectly with vegetables and fruits !
Ingredients

- 1 packet Kayanoya Original Kombu Stock Powder
- 120 ml soy milk
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 4 tbsp olive oil (about 60 ml)
- Your choice of toppings
Directions
- In a bowl, combine Kayanoya Original Kombu Stock Powder, soy milk, and vinegar. Whisk lightly with a whisk.
- Gradually add olive oil while whisking until well combined.
- Arrange your choice of toppings in a serving dish and drizzle generously with the dressing prepared in step 1.
