Original Vegetable Stock Powder is made from the highest-quality vegetables, grown with meticulous care in Japan. This mixture of dehydrated vegetables is perfect for vegetarian and vegan dishes. Infusion
One packet per 1 ¾ cups water (400 ml) for regular strength dashi or two packets per 2 cups water (500 ml) for hearty dashi.

Step 1
Place water and an unopened packet in a saucepan.
Step 2
Bring water to a simmer over medium heat, and hold temperature for 2-3 minutes.
Step 3
Remove and discard the packet(s). Stock is ready to use.

Avoid humidity or direct sunlight. Do not refrigerate, but store in a cool place.
